Terms of Service

THESE TERMS APPLY TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY OWNBLOCK.IO ("Website", "Mining Portal", "we" or "us"), owned by TECLATINA S.R.L., FOR USERS ("Miner", "you"). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES.

General

By accessing and using OwnBlock, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

By using our services, you accept all risks related to experimental software. We cannot compensate you for irreversible losses but will do our best to minimise the risk of such outcomes.

By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and are not breaching any applicable laws.

Available pools

OwnBlock provides access to mining pools for the following networks:

  • Monero (XMR) — RandomX Monero algorithm
  • Bitcoin (BTC) — SHA-256 AsicBoost algorithm
  • Bitcoin Cash (BCH) — SHA-256 AsicBoost algorithm

How payouts work

OwnBlock operates solo mining pools. When a miner finds a block, the block reward is distributed directly via the coinbase transaction on the respective blockchain:

  • The majority of the reward goes directly to the miner's wallet address.
  • The pool fee is deducted at the coinbase level.

OwnBlock does not hold, retain, accumulate, or transfer funds on your behalf. There is no balance system, no minimum payout threshold, and no secondary transfer. Your payout is verifiably recorded on-chain when the block is found. The pool fee percentage is shown on the dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Disclaimer

The mining pool is not responsible for the safety of your coins. We do not hold your coins at any point.

The mining pool is not responsible for the performance of your equipment. You are solely responsible for all settings and configurations.

The mining pool is not responsible for any of your costs, including electricity, hardware, internet, or others.

The mining pool does not guarantee 100% uptime. Services may be suspended for maintenance at any time. We recommend configuring backup pools in your mining software.

The mining pool is not responsible for errors in third-party blockchain nodes. Any issues with node operation are the responsibility of their developers.
